In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I would like to inform you about the data Kitchen of Planty collects from you and why. As required by law, this statement is written in clear and simple language. If you notice any inconsistencies or uncertainties, please feel free to let me know.
What Data Is Collected?
General Personal Data
• First and last name
• Address details
• Phone number
• Email address
Other Personal Data You Actively Provide
For example, by filling out a contact form, in correspondence, by phone, or during an introductory meeting.
When you fill out the contact form on the website, you are asked for your name and email address. This allows me to respond to your message and know who to direct my email to.
I will also ask for your phone number, in addition to your name, address and email address. These details are important for creating a complete and valid invoice. The phone number serves as an option for communication prior to the photo shoot, in case we cannot reach each other by email. With this information, I can more easily assess which approach will be appropriate.
Will My Data Be Shared or Stored?
After you complete the contact form, your data will go directly into Kitchen of Planty’s mailbox. There, they form part of the customer database and administration. Your data is protected by a strong password, both on the Wi-Fi connection, the computer, and the mailbox.
The data mentioned above will only be shared if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement or to comply with legal obligations. I will not retain your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data was collected. For tax purposes, every entrepreneur is legally required to keep basic data for their administration for 7 years.
